State Vehicle and Collision Services is seeking an individual who is committed to high quality work and enjoys a challenging and fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate will review and process inventory and billings statements, close vehicle maintenance work order tickets, and provide outstanding customer service.
What you’ll do: - Greet customers
- Perform all procurement and accounting functions
- Ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner
- Assist with monthly parts inventory and adjustments
- Ensure monthly interagency billings are distributed
- Drive state vehicles as needed
- Backup other program functions as required
- Close Vehicle Maintenance Work Order tickets
- Schedule maintenance and repair items
Minimum Qualifications - One or more years of experience in office support work; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency. (Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience at a rate of 30 earned credit hours for one year.)
- Comprehensive knowledge of office practices and procedures
- Ability to type accurately
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to prepare and maintain records and reports
- Prior customer service experience
- Working knowledge of SAM II Financial System, State Fleet Information System (FleetWave) and MissouriBUYS
- General Automotive knowledge preferred but not necessary
