Position Overview:The Labor Relations Office is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our team. This position will be responsible for managing meeting room schedules, both physical and virtual, ensuring smooth coordination and seamless transitions. They will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining all the work papers and documents exchanged for negotiations.
This position will also conduct data research and provide valuable insights, requiring a solid understanding of the subject matter at hand. A key part of your responsibilities will include working closely with executives, ensuring they stay on top of priorities, such as securing necessary signatures and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate would be comfortable taking charge of deadlines and timelines, and stepping in as a right-hand person during active negotiations. Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

Prepares and presents comprehensive and detailed reports by compiling, reviewing, and analyzing data, and provides written and/or oral reports.
