    The City of Campbell's Public Works staff is committed to providing high quality, cost effective, design, construction, and maintenance services for the City’s infrastructure and programs to enhance the quality of life for residents in the City of Campbell. Under the direction of the City Manager, the Public Works Director manages, oversees, directs, and integrates the activities and operations of the Public Works Department. The City of Campbell is seeking an innovative and seasoned leader who cultivates a positive work culture and excels in communication. The ideal candidate understands how to build  relationships, move projects forward, and has the ability to fulfill long-term and short-term City goals as their next Director of Public Works.  The City desires a candidate with a strong knowledge base in one or more of the areas of responsibility and someone who is able to collaborate with staff and all appropriate stakeholders to produce timely and effective results within the City.

    The annual salary range for the Public Works Director is $227,552.00 - $298,937.60; placement within this range is dependent on qualifications and experience.
