The main focus will be helping our customers navigate the Inventory Control system (iTrack), handling issues of moderate complexity, and assisting with the annual 5 Year Refresh procurement process.

- Performs the daily iTrack responsibilities of reassigning equipment to new employees, updating inactive employees, and updating and ensuring locations listed in iTrack are assigned to the correct responsible user.
- Assist in the annual 5-Year refresh process by providing inventory reports to agency staff, submitting Cherwell tickets for the replacement of equipment, coordinating with ITSD Fiscal and OA Accounting in the ordering of equipment, and tracking the orders until the delivery and installation of equipment.
- Update the iTrack inventory system by correcting discrepancies in inventory records, assigning equipment to users, and providing customer support on the completion of inventory verification.
- Receive inventory portfolios from the vendor on recent equipment purchases and upload the records into iTrack. Monitor and report discrepancies in the timeliness and accuracy of portfolios.
- Provide ad hoc reports to management and agency staff on the location, age, quantity, etc. of statewide assets.
- Provide customer support on the completion of inventory verification.
- Assist in the annual iTrack re-verification process.
- Complete Cherwell tickets on inventory issues.
- Provided support to field technicians on the use and features of iTrack.
- Knowledge and understanding of office automation, office systems operating environments, and/or communication devices.
- Ability to communicate with clients and staff in a professional and user-friendly manner.
- Ability to document issues and follow technical instructions.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to identify and resolve information technology issues.
- Ability to travel, operate a motor vehicle, and maintain a valid vehicle operator's license.
Required Knowledge: - Microsoft Office applications and Windows 10/11 (Pivot tables experience desired).
- Communication and Organizational Skills.
- Remote Desktop Tools and Web Browsers.
