    JOB SUMMARY

    The Town of Prosper is currently seeking qualified and dedicated individual
    for the position of:

    CIP Facilitator.

    Hiring Salary Range: $44,924 - $48,888

    Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of Engineering CIP, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Associate's degree preferred, supplemented by college-level course work or vocational training in Engineering, Accounting, or a closely related field.
    • One (1) year of previous experience and/or training involving the monitoring of contracts, insurance, and bonds, and experience working with municipal capital improvement projects is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required. Experience in Smartsheet, TRACKiT, STW, and Canva preferred.
    • Must possess a valid State of Texas Driver License.
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical agility test, criminal background check, and MVR check.

    Any work-related experience resulting in acceptable proficiency levels in the above Minimum Qualifications is an acceptable substitute for the above-specified education and experience requirements

    Under general supervision this position assists in all aspects of administrative support for the Engineering Capital Improvement Program including; CIP project accounting, contract support, customer assistance, and record-keeping duties for the various departmental budgets, prepares accurate and timely financial reports for operating budgets, and CIP projects under construction, and other administrative tasks related to procurement and implementation of capital projects, project budget management work including processing of payments and invoicing preparation, facilitates and documents CIP design, construction and project budget management. Other duties may include backing up and assisting the Engineering Administrative staff, on a limited basis, including general office administration duties, and customer service support.
