Job Location: Division of Professional Registration, 3605 Missouri Blvd, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109.

Candidates must have good, effective communication skills, be self-motivated with minimal supervision, have the ability to multi-task, make routine decisions, organize workflow and establish priorities and deadlines. Candidates will have ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with agency partners.
• Facilitate communications and collaboration between the division and ITSD personnel.
• Coordinate technology equipment acquisitions.
• Assist with IT related troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Assist with various aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding processes relating to IT and software programs/systems.
• Track IT related inventory for division.
• Maintain various office equipment.
• Assist with monitoring a user support email.
• Stay well-informed of information technology and cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Other related tasks as required.
• Work involves frequent periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending and crouching.
What we are looking for:
Minimum Qualifications
• An associates degree in relevant field or up to two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport items up to 50lbs
• Ability to frequently exert force to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
• Knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
