Join the Larimer County Finance Department!
Are you someone who enjoys getting the details right and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes? Our Accounts Payable team is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Technician II, a key role that supports departments across the entire county.
This position offers a mix of independent work and team collaboration, with a variety of tasks that keep each day interesting. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and solving problems, this could be a great fit for you.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a hybrid work option - just two days a week required in the office!
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:- Handling advanced accounts payable tasks to support accurate and timely financial operations
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions with the general ledger
- Reviewing invoices and purchasing card transactions for compliance with County policy
- Creating and updating accounts payable procedures and documentation as needed

Qualifications

We encourage you to apply if you meet the minimum qualifications and believe your skills and perspective can add value to this position.- Two (2) years of experience as a Larimer County Accounts Payable Technician I or comparable experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
