• Ability to work independently and with a crew
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Maintain Restrooms and restock restroom supplies
• Cleans offices, hallways, and stairways
• Sweep, Mop, Polish Floors
• Remove Trash
• Operate lightweight equipment, such as Golf Cart, Vacuum Cleaner, Buffer, and Polisher
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid MO Drivers License
• 1-2 years work experience
• Ability to perform a variety of routine manual tasks requiring the exertion of physical strength in the care, cleaning, and general maintenance of a building and equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects.
• Ability to complete duties in outdoor conditions and occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of cleaning compounds and their chemical effect of surfaces, materials, and textiles.
Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
