Aviation IT Senior Analyst (IT Senior Analyst)

Full-time position available with the Aviation Department, Information Technology Division, located at 601 Brasilia Ave.
Salary Range: $5,173-$7,759/month
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Primarily provides on-call support to all airport tenants as well as internal users.
• Provides day-to-day support for the Aviation Department's internal users and external tenants.
• Other duties will include FIDS and BIDS system maintenance and support, desktop support, workstation imaging and setup, moves, adds, changes and other duties as assigned.
• Works as part of a support team who takes front line IT support calls for the Aviation Department and resolves them or assigns a ticket to other responsible parties.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor's degree and 3 years of technology experience; OR a n equivalent combination of qualifying education and technology experience.

For positions with a salary grade of EX6 or higher that require an accredited degree, qualifying professional experience must be obtained AFTER the accredited degree is obtained.
Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal history/background check is required for all positions. Some positions require a post offer drug screen and/or physical.

If appointed, non-residents must obtain residency inside Kansas City, Missouri's city limits within nine months.
