This position will be located in the Division of Administrative Support’s Human Resources Program at the Lewis & Clark State Office Building, 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
- Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for department colleagues.
- Develop new learning sessions which provide professional development opportunities pertaining to topics such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Support our Mental Health First Aid training program.
- Serve as an Administrator for our learning management system and educate colleagues on using this system.
- Assist with developing ideas for activities and coordinating Department recognition events such as Team Member Appreciation Month.
- Work collaboratively and in tandem with other Talent Development and Human Resources team members.

Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (substitution of education for experience will be considered).
- 1 or more years of experience in course development, conducting training, or other relevant work experience
