This position will be located in the Division of Administrative Support’s Human Resources Program at the Lewis & Clark State Office Building, 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
- Create and enable a culture of continuous learning through a variety of methods for team members throughout the department.
- Develop and facilitate engaging and informative learning sessions which provide professional development opportunities pertaining to topics such as communication, leadership, teamwork, collaboration, and other topics identified.
- Design, develop and implement leadership and career development programs that resonate with leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as an Administrator for our learning management system and educate colleagues on using this system.
- Assist with the overall performance management process.
- Work collaboratively and in tandem with other Talent Development and Human Resources team members.

Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field ( substitution of education for experience will be considered ).
- 2-4 years of experience in conducting training, creating engaging learning content, instructional design, or other relevant work experience.
