The Division of Senior and Disability Services provides essential services to adults and seniors with disabilities through the Home and Community Based Services program. The Division leverages technology to support program operations and this position will be integral to maintaining, operating, and configuring technology to meet the Division's ongoing needs. This position will join the Division's Bureau of Systems and Data Reporting in supporting Division staff and HCBS stakeholders across the state.
- Configure assigned systems to align functionality and reference data with business policies and procedures.
- Develop digital forms, workflows, and surveys.
- Analyze and test system updates.
- Provision user access and security roles.
- Advise and guide end users on system operation.
- Write user stories, defect descriptions, and system enhancement requests.
- Assist with special projects.
- Collaborate with technical staff across multiple teams.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or closely related field.
- 1-3 years of experience supporting end users in the operation of IT systems.
- 1-3 years of experience configuring IT systems to meet business needs.
- No coding or software development experience is required.
- No licenses or certifications are required.
