    Job Location: This position will be domiciled in Marshall, MO.

    This is an entry-level direct care position. You would be part of a treatment team that works together to empower and support individuals to succeed in treatment. This includes supporting them during various tasks and activities, working with individuals on meeting their personal goals and objectives, promoting healthy coping skills to manage challenging situations, modeling healthy skill use, and teaching individuals how to complete other daily living skills and activities.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.

    • Must possess a valid drivers’ license and as necessary, drive during the day or night, in rural, highway, or metro conditions to transport individuals to a variety of locations for appointments, employment, leisure or vacations.

    • Possess adequate vision to read written material.

    • Possess adequate hearing.

    • Must be able to physically intervene to maintain safety.

    • Experience with trauma-informed services or personal recovery experience is preferred but not required.
