- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Complete and review expenditures, inventories, and various financial forms.
- Utilize word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and other relevant computer applications.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of meetings and trainings and secure hotel and rental car reservations
- Assist team members with office operations, including mail services and printing.
- Represent the program with exemplary customer service and professional phone etiquette.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain supply inventories.
- Submit and track documents through the routing and approval process.
Minimum Qualifications: - 1-3 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).
- Graduate with High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
- One or more years of related office support experience preferred.
- Good telephone skills and customer service.
- Well organized and the ability to pay attention to detail.
