    Lead Customer Service Representative

    Location: Truman Building - 301 West High Street, Jefferson City, MO

    HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

    The successful candidate will assist customers with resolving tax issues and regaining tax compliance

    • DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

      This position works with accounts that have high dollar business accounts that have a revoked sales tax license. Work involves written correspondence, research, as well as telephone calls. Employee will work closely with attorneys and management and must be willing to make trips to Missouri County Court houses other that Cole County to testify in open court. Employee also will assist customers in person in the tax assistance office.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate, and

    • Two or more years of customer service and leadership experience

    • Intermediate Excel Skills
