ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of clients needing behavioral health support during the pretrial process
- Conducting intake interviews to assess client needs and link them with community services
- Monitoring court compliance, verifying appearances, and tracking adherence to bond conditions
- Preparing written compliance reports and making recommendations to the Courts, District Attorneys, and Defense Counsel-including bond revocation when appropriate
- Providing crisis intervention and support with conflict resolution
- Helping clients access benefits and services by assisting with scheduling, paperwork, and referrals
- Collaborating with the courts and participating in a multidisciplinary team supporting the Competency Docket
- Developing personalized plans for client transition and ongoing care

- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Related education or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
- Treatment positions: one (1) year of experience with mental health and substance use disorders within the criminal justice system required.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.
- Possession of Adult CPR, First Aid and AED certification within six (6) months of hire is required.
