Job Description:Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:- Develops, implements, and configures technological solutions.
- Assists in administering, monitoring, and maintaining one or more IT systems. Provides support in response to issues to resolve specific technical problems or make changes to systems.
- Prepares and maintains documentation related to the development and maintenance of systems.
- Performs bug tracking and quality assurance tasks.
- Participates in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Develops and/or delivers training.
- Creates and prepares reports.

Minimum Qualifications:- Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to the job.
- Experience may substitute for education up to four (4) years.
Preferred Qualifications:- 2+ years software QA or application testing
- Test case and test plan authoring
- Defect tracking in Azure DevOps or Jira
- Basic SQL for data validation
- API testing with Postman
- Regression and smoke testing during release cycles
- Reading business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Agile/Scrum experience
- WCAG accessibility awareness and cross-browser checks
- Clear documentation and communication
- Public sector experience a plus

Position Overview:DSD is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Application Development Testing Analyst to plan and execute manual tests, validate fixes, and support release cycles across DSD applications.
Work Schedule: 32 per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Range: $32.23 - $40.29
