Information Technology & Support Division to design and develop advanced systems using the latest technology available. Programmer Analyst II assume primary project responsibility during all phases of systems analysis, automated systems design, database design, and applications programming, and are the primary resource for evaluating and applying new technological developments to assigned projects.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENTS Pre-Employment Process: Prior to appointment, candidates must undergo a background check, which includes fingerprinting and a medical exam.
Availability: Incumbents may occasionally work evening and weekend hours. Some overtime, on-call, or call back work may be required.

Minimum Requirements REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of work experience in a production environment, within the past five (5) years, performing analysis and programming for the purpose of developing business applications, including at least six (6) months experience as a project leader for small to medium scale projects.
Applicant must have experience in all of the following:
- .Net/.Net Core
- C#/ASP.net
- SQL Server
- Full-stack web development (React.JS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript ES6)
-AND- REQUIRED EDUCATION: Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed college level courses in programming, computer science, or software engineering. A list of coursework must be submitted with the application.
Substitutions :
- A Bachelor's degree in programming, computer science, or software engineering may substitute for one (1) year of the non-lead experience required.
- One (1) additional year of qualifying work experience may substitute for the education requirement.
Desired QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Strong understanding of all aspects of enterprise software development; Windows, Web, database, and reporting skills.
- Experience with .Net Web technologies, HTML5, CSS3, XML, AJAX, REST, and JSON.
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle changes in business requirements and set priorities across multiple projects.
- Good communication skills, ability to manage project tasks independently and communicate with clients.
- Ability to formulate and optimize/troubleshoot advanced SQL Queries.
- Experience with Blazor and SharePoint
