    Lead Customer Service Representative - FCB Nexus (Non-supervisory)

    Department of Revenue

    Annual Salary: $40,660.80

    Location: Truman Building - 301 West High Street, Jefferson City, MO

    How this position supports the Department’s vision:

    This position will focus on the Voluntary Disclosure Program. The Missouri Voluntary Disclosure Program is designed to promote compliance with Missouri tax laws. Work will involve written correspondence, research, and telephone calls. The successful candidate will work with the Department’s Attorneys and management to create/complete the agreements.

    Core Competencies:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of computer systems and software
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently with discretion, sound judgement and knowledge of agency operations, policies and procedures.
    • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Ability to multitask
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    CORE COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

    Computer Literacy Effective Writing Excellent Customer Service

    Self-directed Attention to Detail Clear Communication

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate
    • Six or more months of experience in clerical or general office support work.
    • Must be able to pass a fingerprint and background check
