This position will be located at the
Southwest Regional Office, 2040 West Woodland, Springfield, MO 65807 - Front Desk coverage as scheduled; answer the phones, prepare outgoing mail, scan incoming mail
- Process documents for mail
- Data entry
- Purchasing supplies, paying invoices, and making hotel reservations with a purchasing card
- Scanning Files
- Other duties as assigned
