Administrative Manager - Department of Revenue DOR VISION: To establish an environment that fosters confidence and trust by successfully utilizing technology, employing resources, and meeting customer needs HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION: This senior-level supervisory position will use your leadership skills to oversee the customer service functions of the Driver’s License Bureau. Team members will support others while utilizing their expertise and job knowledge abilities to serve the residents of Missouri.
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION: - Manage approximately 25-30 employees within the Driver License Bureau Withdrawal Processing Areas and Walk-In Reinstatement Window.
- Learn, understand and exercise independent judgment and initiative within established driver license laws, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with the implementation of new legislation, including preparing fiscal note responses.
- Collaborate closely with external partners and vendors to align strategies and optimize results.
- This position requires skills necessary to analyze data and make data-driven decisions that align with the organizational objectives and goals of the Department.
- Gather and analyze data related to the quality and performance of customer service team members.
- Hold monthly Engage 2.0 conversations while providing coaching and training opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:5-7 years of relevant experience and 2-4 years of supervisory experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
