Our team focuses on processing tax returns and documents in a timely manner. We are team oriented, goal driven, and value strong communication and typing skills, as well as problem solving experience. You will work in a friendly work environment with full-time weekday schedule with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee.
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:- Review incoming tax returns and payments to ensure necessary information is included
- Complete data entry tasks to input tax return figures and taxpayer information
- Research and error correct business tax returns to ensure timely processing
- Correspond with both internal and external customers about tax processing
- Assist taxpayers with filing issues and promote electronic filing options, via phone and email correspondence
CORE COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
Reliable Computer Literacy Motivated
Self-directed Attention to Detail Clear Communication
QUALIFICATIONS:- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Proficient typing and computer skills
