Position Description:
DUTIES:- Support and partner with parents on strengthening their involvement in their child’s learning, social/emotional and physical growth through an in-person weekly home visit.
- Establish a positive, supportive, and reciprocal relationship with families and children.
- Coordinate and attend bi-monthly (monthly) socializations that provide families opportunities for their child to maximize growth and development and enhance the parents’ ability to fill the role of primary nurturer of their child.
- Support and partner with parents on strengthening their involvement in their child’s learning, social/emotional and physical growth through an in-person weekly home visit.
Qualifications and Required Knowledge:
Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Valid Ohio Driver’s License. Parents as Teachers Certification, First Aid and CPR certification preferred or will be required within 6 months of hiring.
Compensation:
STARTING SALARY: $18.18/hour
