    After ninety (90) calendar days of employment, Extra Help employees receive one (1) hour of sick time for every forty (40) hours worked.

    The Part-Time Court Commissioner-Involuntary Treatment Act position is a non-represented Extra Help position within the office of the Lewis County Superior Court. Appointed by the Presiding Judge, the Part-Time Court Commissioner performs all judicial duties and functions as set forth in the statues and as assigned by the Presiding Judge. This position is anticipated to work two days per week, Tuesday and Friday.
