The Office of Administration - Risk Management Program is seeking intern within our State Employee’s Workers Compensation program. This would be a supporting role within the program by helping our team with day-to-day tasks noted in the key responsibilities section. This internship will p rovide an opportunity to become familiar with risk management and the ability to n etwork with professionals in state government and risk management. This internship will also give you the practical experience and a better understanding of public service by administering benefits and ensuring statutory compliance.- Scanning of case files
- Organization of incoming fax/mail documents
- Assisting with file archiving
- Scheduling of medical appointments for injured workers
- Filing of claim documents
Minimum Qualifications:- High School Diploma
- General computer software knowledge
Preferred Skills:- Customer Service
- Organization
- Problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication
