Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Driver Patrols in Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer in a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support security-related operations, and help to deter incidents through a visible presence. This is an armed and driving post requiring an armed guard card and valid driver's license. Bring strong communication, teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach to every shift.

Pay Rate: $20.36 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, and contractors, helping to support authorized entry into sensitive operational areas.
• Remain prepared to perform armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site policies, including maintaining professional presence and following required response protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
