The City of Piedmont is a largely residential 1.7-square-mile charter city. The Planning & Building Director serves as the administrative head of the City’s Planning & Building Department and is responsible for the full scope of departmental operations, including planning, building, land use, zoning, code enforcement, and sustainability initiatives.
