This role requires a strong leader capable of supervising officers, maintaining professional client relations, and ensuring that all security operations are executed according to company standards and site protocols.The Post Commander serves as the primary on-site leader responsible for training officers, maintaining discipline and professionalism, and acting as the direct liaison between Valcor Security and the client.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipSupervise and support the security team assigned to the locationEnsure all officers follow site-specific SOPs and company standardsMaintain a professional and structured security presence on siteTraining and DevelopmentConduct on-site training for new officers assigned to the locationEnsure all guards are fully trained on procedures, expectations, and incident responseMaintain operational consistency and performance standardsClient RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for client representativesMaintain strong professional communication with store managementAddress operational concerns quickly and effectivelySecurity OperationsMonitor building entrances and maintain visible security presenceIdentify and address suspicious activity, theft, loitering, vandalism, or safety concernsEnsure the safety of residents, staff, and propertyReporting and ComplianceComplete incident reports and operational documentation when necessaryEnsure proper shift coverage and operational continuityCommunicate with Valcor management regarding site performance or concernsQualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in residential securityPrior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
