This is the person who makes sure every case packet is correct, complete, and out the door on time. It's a great fit for someone who takes real pride in getting details exactly right and keeping things running like clockwork.This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role based in our Palo Alto office. If precision and follow‑through are things you're genuinely good at and enjoy, you'll do well here.What you'll doPrint, assemble, quality‑check, and ship physical case packets with zero errors—this is the heart of the job.Track filings, deadlines, and RFE (Request for Evidence) due dates so nothing slips.Perform accurate data entry and keep case files complete and up to date.Review packets against checklists to catch missing documents or errors before they go out.Keep our document organization and filing systems orderly and reliable.Handle the day‑to‑day administrative tasks that keep legal operations moving.You'll thrive here if youTake genuine satisfaction in accurate, repeatable work done right every time.Have a sharp eye for detail and rarely let things slip through the cracks.Are dependable—people trust you to follow through without being chased.Stay organized when juggling multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.Are comfortable with the physical, hands‑on nature of printing, assembling, and shipping daily.Can be onsite in Palo Alto 5 days a week.
