Event Security- Flex Officer

Security Solutions of Texas is looking for Security Guards to join our team. The Security Guards are responsible for protecting the client and assigned property from any criminal activity or trespassing.We are looking for security guards to work in Austin to cover events as they come up. This is a part time position, with the possibility to transition into full time work.Pay is $20/hr and will be issued upon completion of the event.Responsibilities:Surveillance – Patrol the grounds or buildings as assigned, regularly. If suspicious activity is detected, refer to the local authorities. Review surveillance cameras and monitor crowds as needed. Establish and review the identification required to enter the building or property. Verify all doors, windows and gates are secure on the property on a rotating schedule. Escort released employees off the property as well as any other trespassers.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent is required.Security guard level 2 license is required, level 3 is preferred.Reliable transportation.Security Solutions of Texas and Pryme Security are Equal Opportunity Employers.
