MOTT Training Instructor CNAP

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full time qualified candidate for MOTT Training Instructor - CNAP at our Commander, Naval Air Forces Pacific location, Sand Diego, CA.ResponsibilitiesDeliver conventional ordnance training to fleet units in support of Pacific Fleet operations.Conduct classroom and hands‑on instruction using approved course materials and training aids.Support curriculum updates, lesson improvements, and technical training documentation.Coordinate with command personnel to prepare for scheduled training visits and student throughput.Document training completion, trip results, and follow‑up actions accurately and on time.Promote safe training execution and reinforce security procedures during instruction.Support mission travel to ships, bases, and other assigned training locations.QualificationsPrior instructor or teaching experience in military weapons, ordnance, or related technical training.Experience with curriculum updates or computer‑based training support.Ability to work independently while coordinating with government customers and team members.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.Ability to travel and work in shipboard or operational settings.CAC: YesSecurity Clearance: Tier 3 / SecretComputer Systems Experience: NMCI access environment, Adobe, Microsoft OfficeAbout D2 Government SolutionsD2GS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
