Purpose and ImpactThis position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability. We are seeking a Mid‑Level Counterintelligence Specialist to support various locations. The ideal candidate will need to do the following: identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests. Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities/activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all‑source CI studies and contribute to developing CI strategies. Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.Work ScheduleStandard 40‑hour work week between 0600 and 1800, Monday through Friday. Ability to work shift work if necessary.Essential ResponsibilitiesJ2X requires dedicated capacity and expertise to prepare CI analytical products in support of the Command Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (CCICA). Support includes situational awareness of the FIE threat to support the CCICA's mission to coordinate, de‑conflict, and synchronize theater CI activities. The CI analysis will also support theater Offensive CI Operations with targeting and research of threat nodes.Conduct research on classified and unclassified systems in order to acquire all relevant and available data, create comprehensive and actionable intelligence products, and write analytical assessments related to improving DoD understanding of FIE personalities, activities, motivations, and associations.Provide CI analytical and targeting support in order to identify FIE organizations, leadership, officers, support, and action agents, sources and source networks, contacts, activities, capabilities, and intentions. The contract employee will also identify FIE methodology, tradecraft, communications, collection platforms, information systems, databases, and activities; and brief senior leaders on the threat.Develop new CI Collection Requirements and Collection Emphasis Messages based on FIE links and associations discovered, identify targeted technologies of interest to FIEs, seek to reveal FIE collections to malign influence, and refine collection efforts.Support and manage analytic network diagrams, link analysis, databases, or assessments.Security Clearance RequiredTS/SCI. Ability to take a polygraph if requested.Minimum Years of ExperienceAt least 8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Required CertificationsGraduate of an in‑residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.In addition to the fundamentals of all‑source analysis, CI Analysis requires experience with the use of analytical tools (Palantir, RMT, CRATE, Pulse, Proton).The contractor employee must be able to be cleared for access to a Special Access Program.This position is not designated as a safety sensitive position.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
