What You Will Do

  • Partner directly with US government customers to drive measurable outcomes through the deployment and adoption of data-centric software platforms.
  • Serve as a strategic operational point of contact, ensuring customers maximize value from the platform.
  • Engage hands-on with sensitive government programs, including immigration enforcement and homeland security operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to translate customer needs into actionable operational and technical solutions.
  • Support the full lifecycle of customer engagements, from onboarding and configuration to ongoing analysis and impact measurement.
  • Exercise discretion and professionalism, given the sensitive nature of the work and the stakeholders involved.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 16 years of experience, including recent graduates with strong academic and analytical backgrounds.
  • Proven experience working directly with customers or end-users in a data-driven or analytically rigorous context.
  • Strong technical foundation with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or MATLAB.
  • Comfortable engaging with sensitive subject matter in a professional and mission-driven setting.
  • Highly discreet, with strong interpersonal judgment and the ability to work effectively within a mission-focused team.

Preferred

  • Experience with government contractors, defense technology companies, or organizations with defense-related programs.
  • Background in the military or military-adjacent fields is viewed favorably.
  • An existing government security clearance is a strong plus, with the organization willing to sponsor eligible junior candidates through the clearance process.

Compensation and Benefits
