Surefox North America Inc Job Title
Surefox North America Inc is a veteran owned company that prides itself on creating a diverse and unique culture of trained and talented individuals. We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time, Regional Account Manager with leadership experience and strong organizational skills who can join our team to support in the California bay area.
In this role, you will be tasked with assisting your Regional Program Director on uniquely assigned projects by acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing a wide array of domestic and international security support and cross functional collaboration to ensure the safety and security of client personnel, operations, assets and global reputation. In your operations role, you will ensure that quality of service is being maintained, and identify ways in which Surefox can be more efficient and effective in its responsibilities. You will ensure all security officers and subordinate leadership assigned to your deployment are performing their security duties in accordance with client policies and procedures, and all state, federal, and international regulations. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing the delivery and consistency of Surefox's counseling program; identifying deficiencies and gaps in operations that require more training; ensuring the security posture is maintained to the level required by the client; and handling all other tasks and assignments given to you by your Program Management and Surefox Leadership.
Candidates for this role are expected to exhibit exceptional managerial skills and close attention to detail; someone who works independently on assignments and has the ability to liaise and coordinate with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors to ensure clients security requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, individuals in this security leadership role will partner with seasoned security and intelligence professionals across multiple disciplines to develop and deliver innovative and industry leading close protection and physical security solutions, while working in a close, team-oriented, inclusive and diverse environment. As we encourage veterans and candidates that are currently in the military reserve to apply, we welcome all who share the same passions for protection as we do.
