This is a great opportunity for the right person to provide support to our customers and our IT team. The person in this position reports directly to our Operations Manager and the CEO.ShiftMonday - Friday. 7am - 4pm OR 8am - 5PMOther requirements for this position are high energy, positivity, patience, dedication, excellent work ethic, persistence, follow-up, effective utilization of provided resources and unbeatable customer service. The candidate must be highly motivated, well organized, and a self-starter with the ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communications skills (verbally and written) and the ability to interact well with all types of people/personalities is a must.Additional RequirementsReliability is key.
