# Unarmed Security Officer - WEEKENDS REQUIRED at SR Global SecurityAs a Security Officer at SR Global Security, you will play a crucial role in protecting our clients, their assets, and their employees. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by observing and reporting any suspicious activities, controlling access points, and monitoring surveillance systems.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter security threats- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed- Operate surveillance equipment and report any unusual activities or incidents- Maintain detailed records of all security-related incidents- Collaborate and communicate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and assets- Conduct safety and security inspections to identify potential risks and hazards- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests- Conduct training and drills for emergency procedures with other staff membersRequirements:- Current Guard Card- High school diploma or GED equivalent, supplemented by relevant security training and certifications- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security services, law enforcement, or military- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to remain calm and composed during high-stress situations- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail- Basic knowledge of security and safety protocols- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays- Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, or run for long periods of time- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordPLEASE COMPLETE APPLICATION THOROUGHLY#J-18808-Ljbffr
