Role Purpose: Coordinate wheelchair and cart services between the client and employees. Ensures all data is recorded according to company
What You Will Be Doing:
- Must be familiar with and abide by all client/company regulations
- Work with client special services representatives to ensure all requests for services are met.
- Escalate issues to operations manager immediately.
- Communicate and interact courteously and tactfully with fellow employees and passengers if necessary.
- Maintain all service transactions in wheelchair tracking program (Watershed and Excel) format.
- Receive and respond to telephone and radio calls from client representatives and employees in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and distribute tablets and radios.
- Always complete the appropriate documentation and reports in thorough and timely manner.
- Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.
- Provide general information and directions to passengers.
- Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner.
- Attend meetings and in services as required.
- Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required.
- Must be attired in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials and identification must always be visible.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.
- Utilize company and client equipment, supplies and resources in a conscientious, cost-effective manner.
- Perform other duties as requested.

What We Are Looking For:
- Possess valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- 1+ years of experience as a dispatcher
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must have high school diploma, GED or six months' experience as an Operations Agent
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Competent in handling difficult situations
