This role requires strong communication skills, situational awareness, and the ability to de-escalate conflicts.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests at the entrance and verify IDs in compliance with state alcohol lawsMonitor guest behavior inside and outside the venueDe-escalate conflicts using verbal communication and professionalismRemove disruptive or intoxicated individuals safely and respectfullyConduct regular patrols of the property, including restrooms and parking areasAssist staff during high-volume periods or special eventsDocument incidents accurately and report them to managementEnsure emergency exits and walkways remain clearWork closely with bartenders, servers, and managers to maintain a safe environmentQualificationsPrior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferredValid Guard CardFull duty belt with certifications is a plus will be consideredStrong communication and conflict‑resolution skillsAbility to stand for long periods and handle physical situations if necessaryProfessional appearance and demeanorMust be reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidaysSchedule & CompensationPart‑time availableEvening and late‑night shiftsCompetitive hourly payOpportunities for additional hours during events or busy seasonsProjected ScheduleThursday to Sunday5pm to 2amRate$27/hrWeekly payHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief description of your security experience.
