Coordinate and assign delivery routes to drivers efficiently and accuratelyMonitor active deliveries, driver status, and route progress in real timeEnsure all orders are accepted, staged, and dispatched in accordance with company SOPsCommunicate delays, issues, or changes to drivers and management immediatelyVerify all delivery documentation is complete before dispatch (IDs, manifests, receipts)Compliance & AccuracyEnsure all deliveries comply with California DCC regulations and company policiesVerify customer information, order details, and delivery eligibility prior to dispatchMaintain accurate delivery logs, timestamps, and driver recordsReport any discrepancies, incidents, or compliance concerns to management promptlyDriver Support & AccountabilityServe as the primary point of contact for drivers during shiftsEnsure drivers follow all safety, vehicle, and security protocolsConfirm vehicle inspections, lockbox procedures, and end-of-shift checklists are completedTrack driver attendance, punctuality, and communicationCustomer Service & CommunicationAssist with delivery-related customer inquiries or issues when neededMaintain professional, calm, and solution-focused communication at all timesCoordinate with sales floor and management to resolve order or payment issuesAdministrative DutiesAssist with end-of-shift reconciliation and reportingSupport audits, reviews, and operational improvements as directedMaintain organized dispatch records and reportsQualifications Qualifications RequiredMust be 21 years of age or olderPrevious dispatch, logistics, or coordination experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to remain calm and effective in high-volume or high-pressure situationsBasic computer skills and comfort using POS, delivery, or routing systemsAbility to stand, sit, and work in an office/dispatch environment for extended periodsPreferredExperience in a regulated industry (cannabis, transportation, logistics, or security)Familiarity with cannabis delivery compliance and procedures#J-18808-Ljbffr
