Applications will be maintained on file until an agency requests that the title be opened for testing OR for a maximum of one year. Once opened, all applications on file will be graded based on the education, training and experience provided within the application. After successfully obtaining a passing grade, your name will be placed on an open competitive eligible list for Administrative Assistant I - Opt C1 in the two counties you select on your application. An official grade notice will be mailed to you when grading is completed.If you are satisfied with the grade you received for this title, option and county, no further action is required. Your name has already been placed on the open competitive eligible list for this title. Open competitive grades are valid for one (1) year.If you wish to retest for this title to improve your grade, you must resubmit your application. Your application will be maintained on file until an agency requests that the title be opened for testing OR for a maximum of one year. Applications may be resubmitted for the same title after thirty (30) days from the last examination date.Applicants may only be considered for two counties per title/option at any given time. Please ensure you are available to work in the county choices you have selected.If your current county choices do not include the county in which a vacancy exists, you must change one of your counties to be considered for that vacancy.
