Job OverviewJoin JW Heating & Air as a Dispatcher for the HVAC department. You will serve as the central communication hub between customers, field technicians, and operations, ensuring prompt service delivery.Location & ScheduleThis position is in-office in Inglewood, CA. Shift ends around 7:00 pm. Availability required Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and dispatch service calls to field technicians.Act as the primary contact for field teams, customers, and management.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Monitor schedules and make real‑time adjustments to optimize operations.Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and incidents.Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary.Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.Qualifications & Requirements2+ years of dispatching experience.HVAC industry experience required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in basic computer applications and call‑center software; Service Titan experience is a plus.Physical ability to work in field environments, climb ladders, navigate uneven surfaces, work in confined spaces, lift up to 50 lbs, operate hand and power tools and vehicles, and tolerate outdoor weather, noise, and dust.BenefitsHealth insurance – comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement plan – 401(k) with company match.Paid time off – generous vacation, holidays, and sick leave.Training and development – ongoing opportunities for professional growth.Company culture – supportive, inclusive, dynamic work environment.Pay Range$18 – $24 USDCompany OverviewAdeedo!
