Safety is our top priority. This position is responsible for ensuring our attractions are inspected, maintained, and operated to the highest standards while creating an exciting, memorable, and safe experience for every guest.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a Family Entertainment Center (FEC), trampoline park, climbing gym, adventure park, or similar attraction-based venue and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
What You'll DoAs an Attractions Lead, you'll oversee the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of our attractions while leading and supporting your team of Special Agents.
Our attractions include:
- Climbing Wall
- Ropes Course
- Trampoline Zone
- Soft Play Area
- Additional adventure attractions
- Lead daily operations of assigned attractions while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Perform daily opening, operational, and closing safety inspections.
- Complete preventative maintenance, routine cleaning, and minor repairs on attraction equipment.
- Ensure all attractions meet company safety standards and operating procedures.
- Monitor attraction capacity, guest behavior, and safe operation at all times.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Special Agents while reinforcing company expectations and safety standards.
- Accurately complete inspection logs, maintenance documentation, and operational records.
- Assist with emergency response procedures and make sound decisions during unexpected situations.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational needs as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications Required
- Previous Shift Lead or leadership experience in a Family Entertainment Center (FEC) or similar attraction-based environment.
- Experience performing attraction inspections, preventative maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs.
- Strong commitment to guest safety and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and both opening and closing shifts.
- Ability to participate in and successfully complete multiple in-person interviews.
- Experience working at a trampoline park, climbing gym, aerial adventure park, ropes course, or similar attraction-based entertainment venue.
- Comfortable working at heights while operating and maintaining climbing walls and ropes courses.
- Ability to successfully complete and maintain RCI certification.
- Ability to remain calm, think critically, and make sound decisions during emergency situations.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and training team members.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot attraction equipment and perform minor repairs.
- CPR, First Aid, or other safety certifications are a plus.
- Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
- Increase to $17.00 per hour upon successful completion of RCI certification.
