Security Officer Driver Perimeter Rounds

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security-related policies; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or access issues; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned locations to help support authorized access and report suspicious behavior, unsecured areas, and/or policy violations; Complete routine reports and document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and in a timely manner; Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate
