Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Associate

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential hazards.; Monitor access points and public areas to help support authorized entry, visitor direction, and adherence to location protocols while maintaining a professional presence.; Assist with de-escalation, crowd management, and/or wayfinding during busy periods, special situations, or medical-related events while following Allied Universal and location guidelines.; Respond to incidents, assistance calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
