Security Guard Part Time Patrol Rover

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, riders, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to supervisors and/or public agency contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit-related buildings, platforms, parking areas, offices, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions requiring attention; Monitor access points and public areas, help to deter unauthorized activity, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with post orders; Support daily operations at a government location by providing directions, answering general questions, and assisting with crowd management, special events, and/or service disruptions as needed
