Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with appropriate contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and community activity, assisting with access control practices, visitor interactions, and reports of rule or policy concerns; Support Allied Universal and property management expectations by reporting maintenance-related observations, potential hazards, and/or suspicious activity in a timely manner
