Security Officer Graveyard Front Desk

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor the front desk area, greet visitors, verify identification and/or authorization, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with location policies; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate; Answer phones, receive and relay information, and support front desk operations with clear communication and accurate documentation of security-related activities; Help to deter unauthorized access by observing lobby activity, monitoring entry points and/or cameras, and reporting unusual behavior or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts
