GALT Aerospace uniquely focuses on architecture solutions, effective open systems integration, and rapid prototyping, fielding, and operations.The Right ThingWe work on important things that we are passionate about and will make a difference for the US National Security.We are ethical and forthright and expect the same from our employees.We operate with integrity in all things, we do the RIGHT THING.Trust and Respect:We always strive to earn and foster trust.We Act and communicate with respect.We foster mutually beneficial relationships.Add ValueWe take ownership of our tasks and deliver results to our customers, partners and each other.We champion individual expertise, creativity, and accomplishments.We recognize that collaborative teams achieve even greater results.Job DescriptionSecurity Compliance: Managing security programs in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).Government Interaction: Acting as a liaison with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).Classified Material Control: Managing physical and personnel security, including COMSEC responsibilities.Contract Security Management: Interpreting, preparing, and managing DD Form 254 requirements.Threat Assessments: Conducting internal audits, investigations, and threat assessments.Create and maintain security files for employees, consultants, and independent contractors.Provide security briefings, debriefings, security awareness training and annual training for personnel; and maintain records.Process Visit requests, certifications, foreign travel forms, special access, and related documentation.Process security clearance investigations and perform administrative support functions involving the use of e-QIP, NISS, DISS, STEPP/CDSE, and other security related systems.Ensure that security policy and direction is consistent with Government laws and regulations, and company policies.Maintain and manage security requirements for Open Storage areas.Required Skills, Experience, And EducationUS CitizenshipMinimum of 1 years of experience in Industrial Security or personnel security administration supporting a cleared contractor under NISPOMExperience supporting self-inspections or government security auditsWorking knowledge of DISS, NBIS, eApp, and NISSProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearanceStrong critical and analytical thinkingPossess a high degree of organizational and communications skills, both written and verbalAbility to take initiative, multi-task and work well under pressurePreferred Skills, Experience And EducationBachelor's degree or Associate's degree with relevant experiencePrior experience in an AFSO, Security Specialist, CPSO, or related security support roleExperience supporting Insider Threat Program activitiesCompletion of all Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency FSO training requirements (possessing/non-possessing)Industry certificationsIndustrial Security ProfessionalSecurity Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)Physical RequirementsMust be able to carry 25 poundsMust be able to sit or stand for 1-2 hours at a timeThe person in this position needs to occasionally move about the facilityConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machineryPay ScaleAt GALT Aerospace, base pay is one part of the total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as one grows and develops within a role.
