Will be the CLO's "right-hand" person and day-to-day lead on all commercial and corporate transactions. North Atlanta based, Hybrid (2 days a week in the office). Local candidates only.What the job is about:Will be the CLO's "right-hand" personWill have overall responsibility for all things contracts including structuring, negotiating, drafting and reviewingWill be responsible for streamlining the contract process which will include improving the contract management systems and processes currently usedWill work very closely with the sales teams along with other business management executivesWill assist in hiring a more junior corporate attorney and manage that new hire along with a paralegal and contract managerWill assist with mergers and acquisitionsWill be involved with numerous different projectsWhat you will bring:JD + 10 years of corporate / commercial experience with a strong preference for both firm and prior in-house experience. Prior in-house experience is a must.Must possess extensive contracts experience including experience with contract management systemsPrior experience updating contract management systems is strongly preferredMust possess very strong oral and written communication skillsPrior people management experience preferred but not necessaryPrior industrial or manufacturing experience is necessaryA willingness to roll up your sleevesWhy?An amazing opportunity to make a difference from Day 1.
