You will be a key player in driving customer success through the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. As a trusted advisor, you will lead the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks while tailoring complex, scalable, and secure solutions to each customer's needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.5+ years of cloud‑based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network, and operating system experience.5+ years of consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions.5+ years of IT platform implementation in a technical and analytical role.Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.Preferred QualificationsDegree in advanced technology, or AWS Professional level certification.Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments.Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments.Benefits and CompensationThe base salary range for this position is USD 176,600.00 – 239,000.00 annually, based in San Francisco, CA. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
